We hope you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you can return the products within 14 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning an item is quick and easy—simply send the item name, size, and order number to Contact@piladora.com. HERE is the return form
Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period, during which you may return your package without providing a reason. This 14-day period starts from the date you received your package. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent within these 14 days.
Return Conditions
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resellable condition with their original tags attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Notes
Sale Items:
- Piladora does not offer refunds for sale items. These items can only be exchanged for another product from the collection or converted into store credit.
1+1 Deals:
- If you purchased items as part of a 1+1 deal, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned.
- Items from a 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one item, return that item and keep the other.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and vary depending on the carrier and the country from which you return the products.
Return Processing Time
- If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will process it immediately, often completing the exchange within a few days.
- We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
- Using the tracking information from your return shipment, you can check when the package reaches our warehouse. The 10 business day processing time starts from that moment.
- Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What if my exchange item is no longer available?
Contact our customer service to explore available options. If you have already registered your return and the item is out of stock, we will reach out to you to find a suitable solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number is listed in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Unfortunately, products can sometimes be damaged during transport or production. We are happy to assist you. Please send an email to Contact@piladora.com with a photo of the defect, and our customer service team will find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
What if I want to return my order after the return period has expired?
Always ensure that you return your items within 14 days. If this is not possible, we offer the option to exchange the product for another item or convert it into store credit. Contact our customer service to discuss your options.
