Question: When can I expect my order?

For orders sent via letter mail, we ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on the postal service and your location.

Larger orders, such as Pilates equipment and reformers, require custom delivery. For these items, we will personally contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, as they cannot be shipped via regular mail.

For parcel shipments, we work with trusted delivery partners to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. In some cases, delivery may take a little longer, depending on external courier services.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

Question: I am missing items from my order. Why is that?

Answer: Since we work with multiple suppliers, your order may be shipped in separate packages. If a product is missing, you can expect it to arrive within 2-3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Question: I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?

Answer: Yes. You can return your order within 30 days without providing a reason.


Question: I want to return an item. What should I do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return items within 30 days of receipt. The products must be in original condition, with tags and labels still attached. The item must not show any signs of use.

When returning an item, please ensure that your shipment includes a Track & Trace code, as the sender is responsible for the return package.

Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days to your account.
