Question: When can I expect my order?

Answer: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Thanks to our efficient delivery policy, you won’t have to wait long for your products.

For orders sent via letter mail, we ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on the postal service and your location.

Larger orders, such as Pilates equipment and reformers, require custom delivery. For these items, we will personally contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, as they cannot be shipped via regular mail.

For parcel shipments, we work with trusted delivery partners to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. In some cases, delivery may take a little longer, depending on external courier services.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

Answer: In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the expected delivery time. However, occasionally, shipments may experience delays. You can check the status of your order using the following link:

If you haven't received your order within 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us for further assistance.

Question: I am missing items from my order. Why is that?

Answer: Since we work with multiple suppliers, your order may be shipped in separate packages. If a product is missing, you can expect it to arrive within 2-3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Question: What are the shipping costs?

Answer:

• Free shipping is available for orders over €75.
• For orders below this amount, shipping costs are determined based on the delivery address.

Exchanges & Returns

Question: I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?

Answer: Yes. You can return your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

Question: I want to return an item. What should I do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return items within 30 days of receipt. The products must be in original condition, with tags and labels still attached. The item must not show any signs of use.

When returning an item, please ensure that your shipment includes a Track & Trace code, as the sender is responsible for the return package.

Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days to your account.
